Shipping policy

We accept returns for store credit only within 30 days of the order date. Refunds are not offered for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Shoes are non-refundable due to customization. Please be aware when ordering.

Store credit will be issued for the final amount paid after any discounts and is valid for 12 months from the issue date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in original condition with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and free from perfume, makeup, or tanning products. Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels. Returns are processed once received and inspected at our warehouse.

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty or defective.

For hygiene reasons, lingerie, socks, earrings, swimwear with removed hygiene seals, and most beauty products cannot be returned unless faulty. Shoes must be returned in their original box, and packaged items must be returned in original packaging.

All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of placing the order.
